1. General information

This document contains the terms and conditions of purchase on the website www.urbanparfum.eu.

By placing an order, the buyer accepts the following terms and conditions.

2. Products

In the webshop, unique, handmade perfumes, limited edition fragrances and perfume workshop

services are available.

3. Purchase process

- The buyer selects the products and then clicks the "Add to Cart" button.

- Payment can be made by bank card (Stripe) or bank transfer.

- After successful payment, the buyer will receive an automatic confirmation email.

- The contract is concluded when the confirmation is sent.

4. Delivery

Delivery methods and fees:

- ExpresszOne: 1990 Ft

- GLS: 1990 Ft- Magyar Posta: 9900 Ft

Expected delivery time: 3-5 working days.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal:

- Only valid for unopened or damaged products.

- In case of damage, an immediate photo is required.

- The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer (except in the case of defective products).

6. Warranty, complaints

- We provide a warranty in case of damaged packaging.

- The buyer must report the problem within 1 day.

- The buyer can choose: exchange or refund.

7. Data management

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Management Information.

8. Disputes

The parties seek peace. In the event of a dispute, the competent investment body can be contacted.
